The North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA), under an Initiated Measure approved by the citizens of the State on November 4, 1980, was authorized to create a mortgage purchase program and certain other housing programs and to issue revenue bonds of the State to fund these programs. The Commission appoints the Executive Director.
